Account Assignment
When you contact us with an assignment, we enter the data into our tracking system, and call you right away if we have questions about the account. We make our first contact with the consumer within 24. One of our professional collectors will then attempt to contact the consumer by phone within three business days.

One of these is our predictive dialing system, which maximizes the number of successful contacts we make each hour at a lower cost. Early Accounts Management Outsourcing
One of the services we offer to our clients is our “Pre-Collect” services. Clients can opt to assign their accounts at 60 days, for example, as opposed to waiting 90 days or more.
